Position: Guest Services Manager

About: Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Airport in Columbus, Ohio, United States is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead the front desk and guest services team. This hotel is owned and operated by First Hospitality, a hotel development, investment, and management company based in Chicago, founded in 1985.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency education certificate required; 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in Hospitality or related industry; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace; capable of standing and walking frequently throughout the workday; able to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
