Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends; physical ability to perform bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods; background and drug screening may be required as per company policy
