Position: Guest Experience Manager

Requirements: Proven leadership experience in a hotel setting required; 2-3 years or equivalent combination of education and experience; must be highly knowledgeable about local dining, entertainment, events, and attractions; passionate people person with superb customer service skills; strong knowledge of hospitality software and MS Office; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to stand for long periods and lift 25+ pounds occasionally; high school diploma or equivalent experience/training required, some college preferred
