Position: Group Lead Cook -2nd Shift

Requirements: HS Diploma or GED; 3 years of experience as a machine operator in a food-processing, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing organization; Ability to lead, motivate, and train associates; Knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures, and HAACP; Good skills to analyze problems, develop solutions, and successfully implement the solutions; Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to plan, organize, and implement actions to drive continuous improvement; Experience using Excel and an MRP II software, such as SAP
