About: The Grill Line Cook position at our restaurant involves preparing all grill-related food items according to standard recipes, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a harmonious relationship between kitchen and service staff.
Requirements: High school degree or GED preferred; six months or more experience as a line cook in a full-service, high-volume restaurant required; culinary degree or equivalent preferred but not required; good written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts; ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; good judgment and decision-making abilities
