Position: Grand Canyon Beverage Company – Barista (FWS/NFWS)
About: Grand Canyon Beverage Company (GCBC) is seeking a Barista to join the team behind the coffee bar on the Grand Canyon University (GCU) campus. The role involves providing high-quality, made-to-order beverages while upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards and delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with GCBC and GCU values and culture.
Requirements: GCU and GCBC; Strong customer service skills; Ability to work as part of a team and individually; Ability to memorize and recall recipes in a high-volume environment; Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Always available to perform various tasks within the shop efficiently; Ability to problem solve quickly
