Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement; ability to operate technology equipment as directed; capability to work independently and with a team; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; capacity to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks within set timeframes; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to handle merchandise, climb ladders, and remain mobile for scheduled shifts.
