Position: General Manager The Mayfair Supper Club – Bellagio
About: The Mayfair Supper Club is an immersive dining and entertainment experience within MGM Resorts International, bringing the glamour of old-school Vegas and New York supper clubs to life. They are looking for a visionary General Manager to lead this high-energy venue, overseeing all front-of-house operations, team leadership, guest engagement, and financial performance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in a similar restaurant environment; Experience leading union employees; Comfortable working in a loud, music-filled lounge environment with DJs and live entertainment; Strong overall knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
