Position: General Manager-Store – XtraMart
About: Global Partners LP, a company with over 90 years of experience in delivering energy solutions to communities, is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their store and ensure exceptional customer service standards. Global Partners operates various businesses including Alltown Fresh and a network of liquid energy terminals, while investing in initiatives like GlobalGLO and community support programs.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; Experience in staff management, labor allocation, sales building, and expense management; Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Strong leadership skills and physical ability to perform various tasks repetitively throughout shifts; Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
