Position: General Manager-Store – XtraMart

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; staff selection, training, and management experience; proficiency in labor allocation, sales optimization, and expense management; coaching and team development skills; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; physical ability to perform various tasks throughout the shift, lift up to 50 lbs
