Position: General Manager – Philly Pike
About: Seasons Pizza, an established fast-casual restaurant group, is seeking positive, self-motivated, ambitious, and creative General Managers to lead their teams to greatness. The GM will be responsible for overall store operations and embody the core values of the company: Hard work, Exceptional Customer Service, (positive) Attitude, Respect, and Team Work.
Requirements: Hands-on management approach; Maintains focus and composure under pressure; Approachable leadership style with a passion for development; Strong organizational and time management skills; Career-minded and results-driven; Able to lead by example and delegate tasks; Education: Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s) preferably in Hospitality. MBA preferred. Experience: Three or more years of management experience in a restaurant or food-oriented retail environment, as a multi-unit leader or large single unit GM; Knowledge of service standards, food and beverage controls, and operational efficiencies; Prior experience managing budgets, labor controls, and inventory; Physical: Applicants must be able to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds; Weekend and evening availability required
