Position: General Manager- New Club Opening
About: Life Time is a leading Healthy Way of Life brand with over 110 fitness centers in the United States and Canada, offering a comprehensive approach to wellness beyond fitness. The General Manager in Training position involves partnering with the club’s current General Manager to ensure the club’s success and great member experiences. This temporary position includes enrolling in the General Manager Certification and completing required trainings provided by Life Time Education.
Requirements: HS Graduate or Equivalent; 3 years of experience in the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry; 2 years of management experience; Understanding of computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word; Excellent interviewing techniques; Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds; Must be willing to relocate to at least two (2) additional regions; CPR and AED Certified
