Position: General Manager / Kitchen Manager

Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or similar role in a casual dining setting; Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety regulations, and inventory management; Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Experience in staff management, including training and performance evaluation; Ability to manage budgets and financial reports; Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills; Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Culinary background and/or relevant certifications (preferred)
