Position: General Manager in Development Denver
About: Big Red F Restaurant Group, including West End Tavern, Centro, The Post, and Jax Fish House, is seeking a passionate restaurant professional to join their team as a General Manager in Development. They are a growing group known for their ‘building a bench’ approach and are looking for a versatile General Manager willing to work across brands/locations and grow with the group.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 5 years in a hospitality management or restaurant leadership role; ability to challenge, develop, and lead a team of restaurant managers; extensive knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, and food; strong communication skills; experience with events, catering, and multi-faceted operations preferred
