Position: General Manager II
About: The Local, located at HMSHost in Fairbanks International Airport, is looking for a dedicated General Manager II to oversee a complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant with annual sales exceeding $4M. The GMII will ensure high operational and financial standards, lead the staff, and drive business success in a fast-paced environment at the airport location.
Requirements: GMIIs must have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience, with 5-7 years of overall working restaurant experience; graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute a portion of the experience requirement; strong team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills; in-depth knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service quality, and operations standards; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
