Position: General Manager – Food Service
About: Aramark Healthcare+ is searching for a General Manager of Food Service to oversee the Food Department and all Food Related Operations for a large, acute care facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a General Manager, you will plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building a strong business; Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff; Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements; Requiring experience as a General Manager of Food Service; Proven ability leading through other managers; Experience in creating and managing a department budget; Experience crafting product sales strategies; Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; Note: This client location requires working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start date.
