Position: General Manager (Bilingual)

About: Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is currently seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and team performance. The General Manager will lead by example, provide coaching and training to achieve company objectives, increase revenue, and enhance team skills. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will be responsible for marketing efforts, store security, quality standards enforcement, and fostering growth and innovation in a retail environment.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in systems like Point of Sale, Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work use; at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet the physical demands of the position
