Position: General Manager

About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success, team performance, and customer service. The General Manager will lead coaching and training efforts to achieve company objectives, increase revenue, and develop team skills under the guidance of the District Director of Operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; must be at least 18 years old; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
