Position: General Manager
About: Atlas on 17th, a student housing property located in Bloomington, IN, is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and maximize occupancy. The ideal candidate will have management experience in Student Housing and a passion for creating welcoming living spaces and providing exceptional hospitality.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or work experience equivalent; minimum 2 years previous experience in Student Housing/Multi-Family industry required; knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO), local housing market, and proficient math and computation skills; strong leader with demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team to achieve established goals; computer skills – ability to operate MS Office, Internet Explorer, and property management software
