About: Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader responsible for the strategic direction and operational standards of their restaurant. This role involves driving results through people development, sales, and profit growth while upholding the company’s culture standards for all crewmembers, customers, and partners.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office; ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; able to manage all public dealings professionally; experience in new restaurant openings and local restaurant marketing preferred
