Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; proficiency in basic business and finance acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills; strong focus on people development and guest service; excellent communication and computer skills; three or more years of management experience or equivalent required; retail management experience preferred; working knowledge of general business practices highly desirable; strong organizational skills required; must demonstrate strong customer service and ability to instruct others; keen and genuine interest in animals; valid driver’s license required
