Position: General Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or general education development (GED) equivalent; 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick-service restaurant; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, lead a team, and resolve issues; demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and improve customer satisfaction; proficient computer skills; availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry at least 20 pounds, and occasionally travel to support other locations.
