Position: General Manager
About: Provide the highest quality of service to Schwartz Brothers Restaurants’ guests. The General Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient, friendly services, and profitable operations.
Requirements: Washington State MAST Class 12 or 13 permit and food handlers card required; Strong supervisory and leadership skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service; Excellent time management skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook); Maintain consistency in providing high-quality food and superior service; Achieve financial objectives and success; Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver service excellence; Identify talent and develop potential; Extensive knowledge of food and wine; Professional appearance and demeanor; Three to five (3-5) years in a management leadership role preferred; High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant certification; Previous restaurant experience required
