About: SpringHill Suites Oklahoma City Moore is seeking an energetic General Manager for their quaint 83 Suite hotel in Moore, OK. The hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Champion Hotels. The General Manager will oversee hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage all departments, and act as a brand ambassador promoting the hotel to target markets like families on vacation or business professionals.
Requirements: 2 years of supervisory or management experience; experience in hotel operations; ability to recruit, hire, and retain staff; strong communication and leadership skills; knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations; proficiency in hotel marketing and event planning; familiarity with accounting procedures
