Position: General Manager

The Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport, managed by Choice Hotels, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the team and ensure exceptional guest service and operational performance in line with the company’s values and strategies.
Requirements: Minimum ten years senior hotel leadership experience required; minimum three to five years of previous General Manager experience in a full-service environment required; minimum two years of upper upscale hotel experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; proven leadership and conflict resolution skills; ability to collaborate effectively, create a supportive work environment, and manage time efficiently.
