Position: General Manager
About: SavATree, a leading tree care and landscape company, is seeking a General Manager / Market Leader for their Northvale, NJ location. The role involves overseeing the productivity and profitability of the market, focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement, and Market Growth to achieve business goals in Sales, Customer Satisfaction, Profitability, and Growth through customer retention and acquisition. Responsibilities include leading and developing the Sales team, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Degree in Business Management or related field; successful track record in selling residential and commercial services; demonstrated leadership skills; P&L and operations management experience; proficiency in data analysis; ISA Certification or willingness to obtain; management experience in the tree care industry preferred; experience in logistics and day-to-day operations of a business; knowledge of General Tree Care, Plant Health Care, or Lawn Care preferred
