Position: General Manager
About: WINGSTOP, an independent owned and operated franchisee, is seeking excellent General Manager candidates to join their management team. The General Manager will work closely with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, provide exceptional customer service, and manage the front- and back-of-house team effectively. The ideal candidate is focused on delivering excellent customer service and achieving operational success, with demonstrated restaurant leadership experience and a commitment to business growth and team development.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience; Food Handler Certification required; Experience using a computer and register (POS) system; Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays; Spanish Speaking a plus
