Position: General Manager
About: DND Groups is a franchise management company with over 62 quick-service restaurants nationwide, representing internationally recognized brands such as Dairy Queen, Noodles & Co., Paris Baguette, Taco Johns, and Zaxby’s. The company was recently listed as one of the Top 200 Restaurant Groups by Nation’s Restaurant. They are currently seeking a growth-minded leader to manage the Taco Johns location in Loveland, Colorado.
Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience required; quick-service restaurant experience strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; strong sense of urgency, ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, and thrive under pressure; strong customer service skills; proven track record of effective management; detail-oriented with the ability to oversee all aspects of a dynamic restaurant; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Benefits: Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year (based on experience), Healthcare benefits available, Paid vacation and holidays
