Position: General Manager
About: Ruth’s Chris Steak House is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As part of Ruth’s Hospitality Group, our team members are expected to embody the values and behaviors outlined in The Sizzle, ensuring a superior dining experience for our guests. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and lead a team committed to upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.
Requirements: Extensive experience leading a high-volume, upscale concept restaurant; wine knowledge required, experience as a sommelier preferred; Servsafe Food and Alcohol certification preferred; some culinary experience or training a plus; formal business education or a restaurant management degree a plus; above average computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
