Position: General Manager
About: Courtyard Phoenix Airport in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a strategic and experienced Property Leadership Manager to lead all aspects of the property operation, including food and beverage operations, sales and marketing strategy, profitability, revenue generation, human resources activities, and ensuring a high return on investment for both Marriott International and ownership. The manager will oversee the implementation of property-wide strategies, brand service initiatives, and customer relationship building in a dynamic business environment.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area, OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
