Position: General Manager
About: Supervisor: Regional Director of Operations responsible for achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. Leads all aspects of the hotel operations to contribute to its success and goals, including sales, marketing, community relations, and compliance with brand standards.
Requirements: Mandatory requirements include the ability to work with financial information, effective communication, delegation skills, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of the surrounding area, proficiency in English, and strong organizational skills. General Manager training completion, maintaining quality service, cleanliness, achieving budget goals, and at least 6 years of progressive hotel experience.
