Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; at least 3 years of experience in maintenance management in the hospitality industry; proven experience in hotel operations focusing on exceptional guest service; strong leadership and team management skills; prior hotel management experience (preferred); excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Marriott systems such as Fosse, GXP, and MGS.
