Position: General Manager
About: The company is a hotel looking to fill the position of Supervisor under the Regional Director of Operations. The role involves working towards achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the hotel to contribute to its overall success, including sales and marketing, community and guest relations, record-keeping, employee staffing, cost controls, revenue management, and brand standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel setting preferred; ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial reporting; strong leadership and organizational skills
