Position: General Manager 5 – Food
About: Sodexo is hiring a General Manager for a University in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, overseeing a resident dining unit, retail units, and catering. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, team building, financial, and organizational skills, with prior GM experience or managing multi-unit accounts. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; 5 years minimum management experience and functional experience; food service management experience, strong financial and P&L skills, leadership, hospitality, and excellent communication skills, knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate flexibility
