Position: General Manager
About: SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead their team in providing a delicious food service experience. The role involves training and supporting restaurant employees to ensure efficient and safe food delivery for an excellent customer experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), including running shifts unsupervised; availability to work a minimum 5-day workweek with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices; leadership and supervisory skills; basic accounting and computer skills; problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities; adherence to appearance and hygiene standards at SONIC Drive-In
