Requirements: 2+ years college education; 2+ years management experience; 2-5 years of sales management experience; Must have Flooring AND/OR Multifamily Sales Experience; Effective leadership and mentoring skills; Ability to develop cohesive teams; Excellent analytical and communication skills; Highly energetic and organized; Outstanding positive attitude
