Position: General Manager
About: TitleMax is one of the nation’s largest title lending companies helping thousands of people every day get the cash they need through title loans/pawns and now in select states, with personal loans. Since our first store opened in 1998, TitleMax has expanded to over 900 locations spanning 14 states.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated); must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required (subject to applicable law); ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
