Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, one of the largest consumer specialty finance organizations in the U.S., is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success, set high performance standards, and provide ongoing coaching to the team. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will lead marketing efforts, ensure store security and adherence to quality standards, and foster growth and innovation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; must be at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
