About: The General Manager at Dave and Buster’s is responsible for motivating, instilling accountability, and achieving results to drive success while maintaining a Culture of FUN. They provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results at Dave and Buster’s locations nationwide.
Requirements: Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion; Demonstrated knowledge and execution of current Dave and Buster’s operating standards; Demonstrated ability in developing team members in areas of responsibility; Demonstrated ability to achieve expected store financial results in areas of responsibility
