About: InTown Suites is currently seeking a General Manager for one of their hotel properties in charge of ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. The General Manager oversees daily operations, financial performance, property maintenance, and staff management to create a welcoming environment for guests and employees. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles; High school diploma preferred; Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation; Proficiency in English language for guest and staff interaction; Strong computer skills and knowledge of front office management; Ability to work long hours, manage multiple tasks, and make effective judgments in a fast-paced environment; Salesmanship and understanding of local market competition
