Position: General Manager
About: The Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport is currently seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel to ensure the highest standards of guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance while aligning with Choice Hotels and the hotel owner’s mission and vision.
Requirements: Minimum ten years senior hotel leadership experience required; Minimum three to five years of previous General Manager experience in a full-service environment required; Minimum two years of upper-upscale hotel experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Proven leadership skills with a results-oriented approach; Ability to resolve conflicts with guests, supervisors, and employees; Effective collaboration skills to foster teamwork within the hotel; Capacity to create a diverse and supportive work environment; Strong time management skills
