Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries; operations experience in a leadership capacity; excellent verbal and written communication skills; valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for daily use; ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
