Position: General Manager
About: At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tiered customer service approach. Shift managers are trained to perform all the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other assigned duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred. Strong leadership skills, commitment to creating a positive work environment, customer-oriented mindset, honesty, energy, motivation, and high standards for self and team.
