Position: General Manager

Requirements: 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience; 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries; success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams; ability to manage budgets and P&L statements; proficiency with industry software and computer programs; strong financial skills and knowledge of GAAP; excellent written and verbal communication skills; sharp professional appearance; real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
