Position: General Manager
About: WHSmith is a leading global travel retailer with over 1,700 stores across 30 countries worldwide, including WHSmith North America, incorporating Marshall Retail Group (MRG) and InMotion. WHSmith North America represents over half of the company’s international store estate, with a collection of attractive specialty retail stores located in airports and resorts across North America.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required; 3 years+ experience in multi-unit leadership in a retail environment; understanding of Retail Math including KPIs; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; passion for phenomenal customer service and results/goal oriented; strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable managing a team and highly self-motivated; organized, detail oriented, and strong time management skills
