Position: General Manager
About: Schwartz Brothers Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient services and profitable operations. The role involves establishing business plans, supervising staff, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Requirements: Washington State MAST Class 12 or 13 permit and food handlers card required; Strong supervisory and leadership skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service; Excellent time management skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Extensive knowledge of food and wine; Three to five (3-5) years in a management leadership role preferred; High school diploma or equivalent, hospitality and restaurant management certification preferred; Previous restaurant experience required.
