Position: General Manager 1 – Multi-Service
About: Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1, Multi-Service for Bridgeport Hospital Milford Campus in Milford, CT. The Bridgeport Hospital Milford Campus is a non-profit 501-bed acute care hospital that is part of Yale New Haven Health, specializing in emergency and walk-in services, joint replacement surgery, wound care, health education, and home care services. The General Manager 1, Multi-Service will be responsible for managing the food and EVS services at Milford campus, including patient meal service, cashless micro market, and supporting onsite EVS leaders and staff from Yale.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 5 years of management experience; 5 years of functional experience; at least 4 years of food management experience in healthcare; union management experience; strong financial acumen; proven success in driving patient, retail customer, and client satisfaction; solid working knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines; computer literacy; excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
