Position: Full-Time – Ice Cream Guest Experience Host, Scoop Shop

Requirements: 1+ years’ experience in customer service, retail, tourism, or food environment; comfortability in high-volume, fast-paced settings; flexibility, patience, sense of humor, and team player attitude; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities; experience in handling customer complaints and providing excellent service recovery; autonomous, proactive, and responsive with a focus on customer needs
