Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; Conversational communication skills are required; Minimum 2 years of recent line cook experience, including grill and sauté or a culinary certificate and 1 year of recent line cook experience, including grill and sauté; Knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment, proficiency in all stations of the line, knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques, butchering experience, food safety and sanitation guidelines, plating techniques, product identification, and seasonal availability; Advanced knowledge in stock and sauce refinement
