Position: Front Services Supervisor

Requirements: Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older; Associate’s Degree in Hotel, Business or Related field required; Two (2) years’ Supervisory experience required; One (1) year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a Wind Creek Hospitality Department– required; Two (2) years’ experience in the hiring position’s Department required; Must successfully pass a timed math skills test required; Good writing and verbal communication skills required (skills test will be administered) required; Experienced with Microsoft Office and other hotel related software; Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition; Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; Willing to work odd and irregular hours including holidays, weekends, and nights (3rd shift); Outgoing, friendly, helpful personality and positive attitude is required; Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift; Be able to run when parking and retrieving vehicles; Must be able to endure outside elements/conditions – heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.; Any DUI conviction within the last three (3) years will disqualify any applicant; Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment; Able to operate standard office equipment – phones, computers, etc.; Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license; Must be in good physical condition and able to pass a physical fitness test; Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required; Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
